We have a special entrance for people with limited mobility and our staff is trained on how to get them on the wheel safely!

  • How long does the experience last?

    Visitors typically plan to spend 30-40mins at the experience including 15-20mins on the Big Wheel enjoying the impressive views.

  • Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

    You can buy food and drinks at our café and ice cream shop. Please note, however, that there are no gluten-free or vegan options available.

  • Is there parking available?

    Paid parking is available at the Quai de l’Horloge. Please note this parking lot is not managed by La Grande Roue. If you have any issues, please contact the Old Port of Montreal directly.

    The nearest metro stations are Place-d'Armes and Champ-de-Mars.

  • Can I purchase tickets at the door?

    Yes, tickets are available from our ticket booth located at the base of the Big Wheel in the Old Port of Montreal.

  • Is the venue accessible?

    Yes, the experience is accessible for people with reduces mobility.

  • Will the wheel operate in rain or snow?

    Yes! However, always check Google and our social media for closure announcements due to extreme weather.
