X-Men: Days of Future Past (2014)
Here, fans of the X-Men franchise can see Vauquelin Square and the Montreal City Hall, situated just a stone’s throw from the Old Port. Numerous international stars, including Hugh Jackman and Jennifer Lawrence, have filmed scenes here.

The Curious Case of Benjamin Button (2008)
Here are a few films and television series in which you’ll catch sight of the magical, chameleon-like setting that is the Old Port of Montreal.
Several scenes that take place in Paris were also shot here. It seems that the diversity of the Old Port is appreciated as much by film studios as it is by tourists!
I’m Not There (2006)
In this film, inspired by the life of musician Bob Dylan, the Old Port is transformed into London.
In total, nearly 70 different places in Montreal are presented in this work starring Cate Blanchett and Richard Gere. And a good number of them can be seen from La Grande Roue, as well. You just have to pay attention!
Life of Pi (2012)
The final third of this film, directed by Ang Lee, takes place in Montreal. There, you’ll see the main character telling his story, seated on a bench in the Old Port. And if you look closely, you can even make out Notre-Dame Street.
Jack Ryan (2018)
The first season of American television series Jack Ryan, adapted from the novels of Tom Clancy, was largely filmed in Montreal, including the Old Port.
